你为什么总是富不起来?

老百姓很计较物业管理费，觉得越少越好。越少物业管理费的住宅小区，由于缺乏专业人员打理，常常住了5年就已是破破烂烂–为了省一点物业管理费，房子未来的升值空间全被破坏掉。这就是老百姓小钱精明，大钱糊涂的经典案例之一。

在我理财顾问近20年的生涯中，发现事业成功人士的思维，与老百姓思维真的有很多差异，也就是因为这些思维差异，大多数老百姓一直富不起来。甚至更多时候， 普通人理财思维、概念出现的诸多误区，来源于以讹传讹–由于老百姓身边很少能接触到真正成功的人士，得到的很多建议和指导多数来自于未成功人士的说法- -思维不对，方向便不对，于是走了很多冤枉路。
自古地方首富，往往有所谓家规、家训，而且只传给自家子孙，不容易流传出去。
我们现在收集了五条富翁家庭的家训，与老百姓普遍认为的观点差异颇大–富人家训的确不同凡响，字字珠玑，很有道理。如果能学懂它，并落实在行动上，就可以走上我们自己的创富之路。
1、我们太保守/富人适当冒险
老百姓图安逸，富翁图挑战–这两种截然不同的态度是很明显的。
举个例子：以事业发展来说，老百姓喜欢到大企业里面办事，工作环境比较稳定；富翁却教育自己的孩子不要介意到小公司锻炼，甚至鼓励自创一家小公司的大胆举动。
再 举个例子：以选择银行的理财产品而言，一般老百姓都会挑选保本计划，觉得年回报有3%～5%就已经满足了；富翁往往爱冒一点风险，去购买一定比例的股票型 基金，回报赚多一点，但也冒一定的风险。但富翁思维一定不会购买保本基金，因为他们明白：低风险，便是低回报–要保本，便不可能有太高的回报。
2、我们一个人努力工作/富人靠团队努力工作
其实，老百姓工作都很努力，甚至可以说比富翁更努力，为何大家都一样付出，一个富起来，另一个却没有。
这个差异来源于他们对努力工作定义的不同演绎：
老百姓的努力工作，是自己一个人努力，从早到晚，不停地劳动。
富翁的努力工作却包含三个方面：
首先，团队的努力工作。
有机会成为富翁的人，都有带领团队的习惯，尤其是带领销售团队。富翁擅长激励团队，大家朝着同一目标奋斗，共创好成绩。好成绩出来，大家都享受提成，主任或经理不只拿到自己的提成，还有团队的提成。这方面的实例很多，如房地产销售总监、保险公司的团队主任或经理。
其次，钱的努力工作。
有机会成为富翁的人，也会让他的钱去努力，这一点与老百姓有很大差异。老百姓的钱因怕冒风险，都趴在银行里睡觉。老百姓的钱很懒惰，没有什么产出。
富翁每年要求钱要有至少10%的回报。富翁会经营钱财，他的钱在富翁睡觉时都替他赚钱。例如：借钱给朋友开店，但要收取合理的借贷利息，还要有抵押品；或者投资在房产上，收租金同时也享受房产升值回报。
富翁更懂得利用他人的钱替自己赚钱。例如：富翁手中有70万元，他买一套房，肯定不会全额付清。他会买两套房，从银行借70～80万元，于是银行的钱也在替他赚钱。老百姓一般习惯全部付清房款，不喜欢借贷。这方面的态度上，老百姓与富翁存在很大的观点差异。
最后，才是富翁自己的努力。
富翁的努力，其实是全体努力的总和，产生出来的效果当然远远超过老百姓的一个人努力。以我所见，富翁自己的努力往往还不如老百姓，但他们善于经营，利用别人的钱和努力，为自己生钱。
3、我们人云亦云/富人敢于说不
老百姓存在很多人云亦云的道理，有些是迷信，有些是父母的讹传，绝大多数属于误导。我下面要举的例子，大多数老百姓都自以为是对的，但事实并非如此–
案例1：购买便宜的房子。

案例2：买保险比较回报率，回报高才买。
很多老百姓都犯这个毛病，其实购买保险是替家庭买下一个保障网，保单最关键的内涵是足够的保障，理赔信誉好，代理人服务到位。其实，保险并不是投资。
4、我们是羊群性格/富人是狼性性格
两位年轻人，你从何知道他们20年后，哪一位能成为富翁，哪一位是一般的老百姓？其实，可以从他们的胆子大小上瞧出一点眉目。
富翁从小胆子大，很多新鲜事物他都会去尝试，别人不敢干的事情，他去干。例如：公司准备开拓西部市场，要派干部去兰州、成都等地干上三四年，未来的富翁会毫不犹豫，甚至毛遂自荐。一般的人却不愿意离开北京、上海的总公司，考虑良久，迟迟不愿意行动。
胆子大，自然机会多；胆子小，机会也变得很少。你说，哪一位比较容易成功？
老百姓的羊群性格很明显：他会跟着大众思维走，不会独自冒出头，不敢去尝试任何新事物；他怕失败，怕被人家笑话，他要等到大部分人都认同他的见解后才会去干，所以，他的成就也只能是一般。
案例1：以最近火爆的在银行购买基金为例，狼群性格的人在股票型基金净值达到1.30元时已经购进；羊群性格的人最终等到2.30元时才会购进。狼已经赚钱，而羊买进时的价位已经比较高，很可能最后导致亏损。
案例2：在国内房地产业火爆时，温州人在上海、北京开始大规模购进房产，虽然上海、北京并不是他们的家，但他们不怕风险。反观大部分上海人和北京人，购买房子时往往只限自己正在居住的城市，白白错过了其他很多区域的升值机会。
这也是羊群性格人群做事的典型表现：要等到周边的朋友先行动，拥有了成功经验后，才会跟随。但由于多数老百姓身边有钱的朋友并不多，所以，在外地购买房子的这种经验，几乎没有。
5、我们专心细节/富人留意大事
普通老百姓在每天的消费中，都会习惯性地花半小时去砍砍价，省一点小钱–小钱精明。但他们银行账户里说不定就存着20～30万元现金–只是趴在银行，收取微薄的利息。
小钱精明，大钱糊涂–是老百姓的真实写照。30万元存款，如果仅仅要求年回报率达到10%，一年产出的利润就是3万元。目前国内环境下，达到每年10%的回报率并非难事–至少应该比天天砍价要省劲儿得多。
老百姓不关心天下事，只低头看着自己日子的微小事情；未来的社会变化，他并不能预见，只能不断叹息：这个世界变化快。
富翁正相反：喜欢留意大事情，对未来发生的变化，他有远见，早有预备，适应得很好；还会利用别人暂时见不到的机会，大捞一把。
比如，在两年前，富人们已经感觉到人民币将要升值，纷纷及时将自己手中的部分美元换成人民币，避免了足足5%～10%的汇率损失。
反观老百姓，未尝有这种先知先觉的灵敏，年年都无奈看着手里的美元贬值，甚至破口大骂–但这有何用？只怪我们没有一些观察宏观经济趋势的本领。

比特海日志22月8日，豆瓣这点事儿
【有分教】话到尽头，覆水难收。爱悠悠，恨悠悠，直到口水乱流，才又想起，你的温柔。
早上贴了豆瓣和《城市画报》联手推出《2007年少数派阅读报告》的消息，当时我要赶飞机回昆明，因此没有办法很详细地报告这件事。结果，下午回到家上网，发现应者寥寥。我不知道这是什么道理，也许大家是把帖子当报告来看的，衡量重要性的依据是看有没有【比特海日志】的红头以及有多少页数。或者今年是中国的“小三元年”，大家一窝蜂地去看盛世长城广告里小三引爆的悲剧？
帖子长短应该和所要表达的内容没有正相关，为什么裙子越短越好，而帖子要越长越好呢？这是为什么呢？为什么呢？什么呢？么呢？呢呢呢呢呢。。。。。。
中国有十四亿人口，上网的人只有一亿四千万，还能读点书的人大多在这一亿四千万里面。中国印刷一本书出来，平均只能卖掉一万到一万五千册，这一万多人大多都在豆瓣网。这次豆瓣和《城市画报》的合作，是豆瓣网在多年的低调之后首次高调出击，同平面媒体合作。站在中国最大的读书网站的角度，对2007年网民阅读进行一次总结和回顾。报告的名字叫《2007少数派阅读报告》，这里的少数派的意思是：今天还在读书的那些少数派。因此，这个报告意味着什么就不言而喻了。如果2008年有所谓文化事件，那么豆瓣网的这份报告就是年度第一件。
它回答了以下三个问题：
一、 中国人在读什么？基于100万用户365天，每天24小时的海量数据，经过豆瓣的搜集整理，再通过《城市画报》的编辑，它是中国目前最全面的读者调查报告。中国图书市场的销量和中国电影市场的票房，连同统计局的经济数据，是举世公认的三大有中国特色的斯芬克斯之谜。豆瓣现在提供硬数据，就此破掉其中之一。其他网站用钱堆出来的所谓排行榜，在这份报告面前完全就是垃圾。可以在名次上造假，但是不能在点击上造假。可以在点击上造假，不能再评论上造假。可以在评论上造假，但是不能再评论的Digg和回复上造假。可以在Digg和回复上造假，在《城市画报 》上报告虚假信息，那么豆瓣会立即面临用户的唾弃和背叛。《2007少数派阅读报告》的信用抵押物是豆瓣的性命，没有其他哪一家能做到这一点。所以，这份报告是干的，能够告诉你中国人真的在读什么。
二、 中国人喜欢读什么？《2007少数派》报告中有大量网友的书评，这些业余书评人数量甚广，出版社和出版人暂时买不完。因此它们未必是漂亮的，但却是真实的。在Web2.0站点里，出动十几条枪，硬捧一本书是徒劳的。无数“书托猎手”潜伏在各个角落，随时准备发动致命一击。在豆瓣的评论里印证了林肯总统的那句话：你可以蒙蔽少数人于永久，你也可以蒙蔽多数人于一时，但你无法永远地蒙蔽所有人。对于好的作品，自然会有网友盛赞，推荐。而对于伪劣之作，无论有什么头衔，有什么历史，当作品被放置在如此巨大的开放性平台上之时，一切缺点都无从掩饰。因此，《少数派阅读报告》对于中国出版业是一次震撼性教育，炒作和书托不再是决定性的力量。对于更多的书友来说，你依然可能不会喜欢数据分析得出的推荐书目，但原因只会是不合口味，而绝对不是评论撒谎。在这个意义上讲，当豆瓣开口说话，一个中国出版业的新权威就此诞生了。
三、 读书人在哪里？当有无数粉丝团在机场、见面会出现的时候，书迷分散在全国各地，各种安静的角落（别反驳了，郭敬明那是艺人）。每个书迷总有一天会拿着心爱的书看着码洋问自己一个问题：除了我这个“1”，其他的4999，或者9999人在哪里？拥有共同的喜好，共同的品味的那些“自己人”，他们在哪里？《2007少数派》报告是有史以来中国书迷的第一次集体亮相。在严谨的数据背后，是一个个活生生的人，这份报告就是他们存在的证据。因为地域和境遇而遭分散的书迷，可以通过这份报告发现自己人存在的痕迹，并且可以利用一根网线，在豆瓣网找寻到那些手心里画了秘密记号的人。任何一个读者，不会再是世界上最后的一个怪物。无论多么冷僻的书籍，在豆瓣网上也能发现在你之前有人做过记号，或者在你之后有同道追寻而来。我们在书房读书，我们在厕所读书，我们在摇晃的公车上趁上下班读书，我们在世界的各个角落读书，但是这一次，你不再是一个人。豆瓣给予你这种保证，当你的灵魂发生震荡时，在世界的某一个角落里一定会有共鸣响起。
最后，说一点题外的话。长期以来，豆瓣被诟病为“没有商业价值”。这份报告的出炉，只要还有一调羹大脑的人都能看出，其中所蕴含的商机。建议中国的出版商和出版社在1月15日买这本《城市画报》的特刊看一看，也许明年这种数据就会根据类别需要重金购买了。出版业最大的商业机密将在1月15日公开发售，我个人希望出版商和出版社看完以后能在2008年按照读者的喜好，多出一点有价值的书，节约一点中国的森林。

其实对于GFW真的已经没什么好说的了，无非只能把它看成一种政治行为，政based on number of characters.府固然有它的原因，可也许这方法实在有点过了吧！现在莫名其妙地把 Tumblr也给封了，到真是不知让说什么好。不过虽说网络被封锁了，也没到山穷水尽的地步，想要自由地使用互联网，方法还是有的。
在线代理
1.使用在线网页代理翻墙。这个大家大概都知道，在 Google上一搜，可以搜出来一大堆。不过这里还是推荐一个在线代理，看这里：http://www.9i7.cn/ ，虽然低级了一点，可毕竟也是最基本的办法。
2.或者使用服务器代理 ，网页是会干净些，没有广告。可是稳定性会差点，配置也麻烦。

3.高级一点的使用自动代理软件来破墙，比如代理超人，一直使用，很方便，省去了许多步骤，亦稳定。

最后，记得点一下"重新载入"，D'Accord！
最后，提到GFW，引用老子的一句话：民至老死不相往来。 说的是老子的小国寡民的思想，不过，若是今天，中国能在互联网上创造出这样一个桃花源，倒也是一番奇迹了。
